This has been known for a good while now, but hasn't been paid much attention by the MSM because it was hoped to become a weapon in the arsenal of disinfo. At the moment, I think the reason it is getting real press is to try and discredit any real video footage of oligarchs/politicians/blackmailed NWO cronies caught on tape diddling toddlers or worse. Weiner & Abedin's "Life insurance" folder perhaps? Or maybe Hefner's blackmail video vault? Whatever happened to that video that made NYPD cry?
