Nobody can decide for you to live a healthy life. Knowledge is important but you have to decide and take action to prevent these diseases from happening. Prevention is always better that trying to cure any of the diseases. You are the CEO of your own life.
Knowledge is important. There are 7 Natural doctors serving everyone daily.
Unfortunately many of us are not aware of them and do not embrace them effectively in their daily life.
Who are your 7 Natural doctors serving you daily?
#1 The Air around you (city air is usually polluted and causes a lot of problems for your health, physically and mentally).
This simple knowledge is critical for your health.
Fresh air cleans the lungs and helps to bring more oxygen to the cells and improves the cleansing action of the lungs. The increased oxygen levels in the body can increase energy levels. ... White blood cells require more oxygen when trying to kill bacteria, viruses and germs.
#2 The Water you drink. Make sure you have clean and boiled water.
This simple knowledge helps to enhance your health. The moment you wake up, try to drink about 500 ml of clean water first. Why? Water is a detoxifier that helps to flush out toxins and get rid of waste primarily through sweat and urine. Headaches and migraines are often caused by dehydration. So, to get some relief, drink plenty of water. Drinking water can improve your mood and ability to think.
To enhance the habit of drinking water, you can add others like pineapple drinks or coconut water to add flavour to your drinking habit.
#3 Your Sleep. Make sure you have 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily.
Sleep makes you feel better, but its importance goes way beyond just boosting your mood or banishing under-eye circles. Adequate sleep is a key part of a healthy lifestyle, and can benefit your heart, weight, mind, and more.
This is simple knowledge. Stay at a healthy weight. Lower your risk for serious health problems, like diabetes and heart disease. Reduce stress and improve your mood. Think more clearly and do better in school and at work.
#4 Your Laughter. Laugh as often as you can and that can only happen if you are happy. Learn to be kind and you will have better laughter.
This simple knowledge will help you. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body's natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain
#5 Get enough Sunshine daily.
This simple information is good for you. When natural sunlight hits the skin it triggers the body's production of vitamin D. Vitamin D is also known as “the sunshine vitamin.” It is a crucial ingredient for overall health; protects against inflammation, lowers high blood pressure, helps muscles, improves brain function and may even protect against cancer.
#6 Regular Exercise daily and get about 4 hours or more vigorous exercise per week.
This little information is critical for your health.
Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life.
Good news for those who do vigorous exercise regularly.
Recent research by some of the well-known universities just confirm that people who do more than four hours of vigorous exercise a week seldom get cancer. This finding was known 100 years ago. Dr. Otto Heinrich Warburg, the son of a German mother and a Jewish father, became a major contributor to medical science in the field of cancer research. He found that cancer cells live by fermentation and sugar whereas healthy cells live by taking oxygen. Exercise is necessary to supply plenty of oxygen to the cells to be healthy.
Do you believe in this finding? I do and I exercise vigorously regularly to live beyond 90s.
7 You are what you eat. Your diet is significant to determine your health. Get plenty of fruits and vegetables in your regular diet. For protein, eat more fish like salmon and other colored fish. A good mixture of meats and eggs will help to keep you healthy.
A little education on diet will help.
A healthy diet can protect the human body against certain types of diseases, in particular noncommunicable diseases such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, some types of cancer and skeletal conditions. Healthy diets can also contribute to an adequate body weight.
