Pfirsich-Eis
Zutaten:
2 Tasse Joghurt
1 TL Honig
1 Tasse gewürfelte Pfirsich
Zubereitung:
- Schäle die Pfirsiche und zerdrücke sie zu Mus.
- Vermische in einer anderen Schale den Joghurt, Honig und die Pfirsiche und rühre vorsichtig um.
- Fülle diese Mischung für ca. 25 Minuten in die Eismaschine. Falls die Mischung noch flüssig sein sollte, lasse sie etwas länger drin.
- Fülle das Eis in eine andere Schüssel und lasse es drei weitere Stunden einfrieren.
- Rühre die Mischung sobald du bemerkst, dass sich Kristalle.
- Serviere, wenn die Zeit um ist.
