I feel for you and my heart felt being crushed while reading google translation of each paragraph. Hold on and frustrate not. Don't beat yourself and you're not "just " afrog.
I hope you feel better and if it would be of any help garlic is very good for blood pressure and won't damage your kidney but am no doctor so take the pills. Find balance to everything. In as much as I want to see you at Steemit rehab if your body is taking its toll then you'd better attend to it, too. Don't get stressed out with the way we are going in the crypto market and just stay and curate.
I wish you posted this in English - these days the cry for help posts have been taking the rewards, if I were a whale I would have given this post your biggest breakthrough. With the economic situation that the world maybe facing .. we'd better be prepare financially and food wise.

For some reason Google translate is not working for me but I get the gist from @englishtchrivy - I think the important thing is to keep things in perspective. Your offline life particularly your health is more important than Steemit so please put that first. Also you might want to try her advice with English posting. Don't worry if the quality of your English isn't great most native English speakers have worse English than many foreigners I know!

Never in my life I had so much readers like on the Steem. It is one of the biggest gifts of my life, not to write for the files but for real living readers. And a lot of them give answers too. They encourage me to write on after every story I am posting. Is there any more a writer is able to imagine in his highest dreams? I am close to my most desiderated goal: To be a author and feed my family with writing. Writing has been my life since I was able to write. And now I have readers. That's the greatest event of my whole life at all. I love it and I love you all, dear readers. Because you read, what I've thought. It's just a miracle.
Fantastic but don't become too reliant on Steemit as it is still very early on for this. Also your health should come first. I put my work ahead of health in the past and I have permanently damaged it. Also writing is one of the most difficult jobs to make a living in - hence why most people on Steemit are just doing it as a hobby or to supplement their income.

In a perfect and adequate translation that you can relish my words like the German readers use to do. Please englishtchrivy, don't take my writings too serious. And please have a tight look on my keywords. You will read there satire, prose and story and this is meant to be a hint for every reader, that I furious overstate a tiny true kernel. Just for the amusement of my German readers. They are waiting for my special afrog–disasters. The one or other desperately and yes, it's a big surprise for me too. They like it very much, you can't believe it. They laugh about, it is a pleasure for them to read this afrog moan in the morning instead the newspaper.

Top of all funny robot translations is Korean to German. We had a lot of fun in IT business, where I've read half of my life manuals. Don't use this translator for my work any more, please. Or you will call the emergency one day, send it to my home because google was telling you I am in a real extreme situation.

anyhow, we understand what you are going through and most of it are true - I feel for you still and it really broke my heart a bit but after a bird explained to me that you actually wrote it in a black humorous way, I felt relieved but I forgot to get back at it but know that I am still worried about your health and though your nurse is annoying - she's right take your pill and your wife needs attention :P

That's the right way, suing Google! Take me as your witness. This robot is frightening my beloved readers. It's a skandal. But every scandal has a good into. My friend Michael, he's from Leeds UK, will translate my afrog's into English. And don't worry about my health. If you will have read my other stories in english, you are able to understand what I did, why I have to take pills for blood pressure at the moment.
