This is a good post but probably not the level of exceptional that a Curie reviewer is looking for in the travel category. Travel is one of the most competitive categories and only the most exceptional posts will be upvoted per the guidelines. In specific the guidelines caution against submitting posts if the travel is not very recent (this is from last year) or if the photography is not professional quality (while the pictures are nice none of them really jumped out and grabbed me and the overall impression I got was not of a professional photographer). There would have to be something else really exceptional about this post considering it is old travel and the photography is not truly exceptional, and I don't see it.

But to be clear - this is a VERY good post. For travel in particular, the bar is raised very high. I upvoted the post through r-bot - it is a good find and she is a poster to keep an eye on for sure. Keep 'em coming :)
