I think NEO and it's because it's Chinas Ethereum but even better then ETH.
Well we are all on STEEM getting paid, so STEEM duhhh...
STEEM with SMT's is the most undervalued coin...by 2020 we will see a $50 STeem token.
NEO hands down. Most active is ICO's (except ETH). But ETH bogged down and almost unusable at times. They peaked awhile ago as far as scalability. NEO hasn't reached it's peak, and not even close! The quality of the new launches and the prospect of China FUD already priced in. *what do you think happens to the price when ICO's and the rest of the China FUD is over? ;)
