NEO hands down. Most active is ICO's (except ETH). But ETH bogged down and almost unusable at times. They peaked awhile ago as far as scalability. NEO hasn't reached it's peak, and not even close! The quality of the new launches and the prospect of China FUD already priced in. *what do you think happens to the price when ICO's and the rest of the China FUD is over? ;)
