My intention is to post one of these a week (day might change). Posting what the top 10 or so games on the ethereum blockchain are for the week. I hope to expand into all game dapps across all blockchains in the future . I know that EOS has a game EOSKnights that has 2500 daily users , beating the combined top 5 of the ethereum list. There are also many cool and amazing games coming out from multiple other blockchain platforms which i intend to write about in the future once i get a routine going.

I will be writing other posts in the future also, going into much greater detail about specific games , their cost for entry, their play-ability , their potential for profitability and other factors too. right now i am hoping to just get a regular post showing the most popular games available for people to play and where to find them. I am hoping to provide and be a source of information for anyone looking and is interested in playing crypto games For profit, fun or both. So after that little introduction lets get down to what the title of this article says , The top 10 Ethereum game dapps for this week. I am pulling rankings from 2 different websites for this since there is no real objective criteria to follow in such an early and emerging market. most sites simply don't have all the possible games on them in a single place, so some coins are shown on some sites and not on others, This might give the list a very clunky feel to it but lets see how it goes.

1st & 2nd Etheremon

A pokemon type game, you can capture etheremon , Train, level and evolve them by battling others. send them on adventures and have them bring you back consumables, currency or even other etheremons from their adventure.

2nd & 1st Crypto Kitties

The original breeding crypto-collectible game. Collect and breed virtual kitties that exist on the blockchain. depending on their genetics/traits you can breed rare and valuable kitties that have in the past sold for big bucks

3rd & 4th Blockchain Cuties

This is a super cute crypto collectable game with more features than just collecting and breeding. with the ability to level up and battle other players. An adventure and collectible blockchain game

unlisted & 3rd Decentraland

Decentraland is a decentralized VR world running on the ethereum blockchain. You can buy land in the game and build whatever you mind can come up with. There are a lot of other games building the ability to view and use their own assets inside decentraland.

4th & 7th 0xuniverse

A space exploration game, explore the galaxy with the spaceships you build, find unexplored planets and lay claim to them, The planets you find have resources they produce every day , collect and save resources to send more spaceships for exploration and discover more planets. Updates to allow battling and fighting for resources are in the works.

5th & 5th Gods Unchained TCG

This game hasn't been released yet and pops onto the top 10 quite regularly. It's like heartstone with more potential outcomes to games, more choices and options for example "you have 4 hero skills to choose from that you can cast all different and costing different amounts" They will be holding a tournament in early 2019, current prize poll is $360,000. you will need to buy an entry ticket to enter. they can be found here. You can buy card packs now in preparation for when the game goes live but there will also be a standard set of cards anyone can use when playing the game, more cards will become available the more they play.

6th & unlisted cryptogirl

A japanese made crypto collectible game with anime girls, designed by famous Japanese artists. You can battle and level your anime girls up with PvE and PVP battle modes. More features are intended to be rolled out in the future. the ability to equip them with acessories and clothes.

7th & 6th Axie Infinity

This is another crypto breeding/battling game. you can purchase cute little axie's and try to breed specific traits to create the perfect axie. Depending what you are after will depend on what you breed, a tank, dps or support to be used in the battle area for fighting other player made axie teams or one with the purest traits possible to be valuable to collectors/breeders. Breeding in this game is much longer than other typical breeding collectible games, from egg to adult in 5 days.

**8th & unlisted Ether Hero

I don't even know what category this game goes into . Basically you buy/collect resources , create/collect and trade pieces of random marvel heroes and turn them into full cards, Every transaction on the game a part goes into a pot. the more rare and more complete cards you have help you get more of the pot reward when it is given out.

unlisted & 8th Ether Kingdoms

Ether Kingdom is a sort of fighting/mining and resource gathering game. You have imp's that are your army but also used as a currency to unlock mines to earn a passive income of imp's or to fight other players . they have Bot fighting mode, but it has been made so that playing it over the long term you will end up with a net loss of imp's. So using for leveling is fine but wont bring profit.

** 9th & unlisted MLBCrypto Baseball**

A crypto collectible game, Little digital figurines, Major League Baseball figurines. super polished looking crypto collectibles that are on a subject that has already had massive popularity in the form of trading cards for decades. You can also play games with your crypto collectibles , make teams and enter them into games if you win you will be rewarded with other crypto collectible figurines to add to your collection to help fill up your team roster or work on creating a new team to earn more figurine to add to your collection.

** unlisted & 9thOpensea**

This isn't a game but an exchange that allows for the sale and purchase of a multitude of different crypto game assets. It's on the list thou so i'm including it.

Opensea is a crypto game asset marketplace/exchange and auction site. You can search thru all the different game assets not just those listed but all assets that exist for entire games, and even place offers on other peoples assets and with any luck have them accepted. They also allow for the ability to bundle multiple items up for sale and sell a bunch of items at once with a single trade, they can even be from multiple different games.

** 10th & unlisted MegaCryptoPolis**

A land ownership and building game. Buy land and build your choice of different buildings like offices, condo's ,hospitals and police stations. The buildings in your near vicinity can give you added influence depending on if they are the correct ones to help your own buildings. Your aim is to build the buildings to give you the most influence points. every day at 8pm EST the money collected for that day is split depending on the share of influence points you have in relation to everyone else, owning 1% of the influence in game will yield you 1% of the tax collected at the end of every day.

** unlisted & 10th Auctionity**

Auctionity is a crypto asset auction site with with a difference. Not a game but heck it's on the list so it has to be mentioned . Auctionity allows you to offer 0-50% of the final purchase price of your auctioned items to users who will spread the word far and wide about your auction allowing you to reach a maximum amount of people for said auction. sorta like a viral auction set up.
