Personal data in banking laws are strictly undisclosed. Even though there is a disclosure you're going to agree with in the end, what if there would be a crooked company who will just use your indicated details to post as you and use your data for their personal gains? Would you agree on that?
Such scenarios can be seen as people are very much untrustworthy.
