Fruits are very important in our daily diet as they help us maintain a balance and healthy body. In our kitchen Avocados play a vital role. Doctor considered this fruit as a powerfruit as this has many benefits to our body. It is very healthy and delicious. This fruit is easy to prepare as well. It is also known as alligator fruit or pear fruit.

Avocados are rich in calcium, minerals, zinc and iron.

Folate: 20% of the RDA.

Con muchas propiedades tanto alimenticias como medicinales. Tiene los siguientes nutrientes: Hierro, Calcio, Potasio, Yodo, Zinc, Magnesio, Sodio, vitamina A, Vitamina B1, Vitamina B2, Vitamina B3,Vitamina B5, Vitamina B6, Vitamina B9, Vitamina C,Vitamina E, Vitamina K, y Fósforo. Es antioxidante y anti cancerígeno. Hay varios tipos: de jardín, de bocado y de hilacha. En Venezuela es una de las frutas mas cosechadas y consumidas, ya que en los hogares como en las instituciones hay árboles de Mango sembrados. Con el realizamos diferentes postres como: la Jalea de mango, el batido de mango y el dulce de mango con pepa. Se puede consumir verde y maduro. Por otro lado sus hojas tienen propiedades antiflamatorias, en agua se hierven sus hojas y esa agua tibia se aplica en las zonas inflamadas y se desinflama la zona afectada. Como puedes ver amiga @shubaca430 el Mango es una Fruta riquísima y super poderosa.

El mango es mi fruta favorita... puedo comer y comer, me encanta en todas sus formas...

This is a fruit (jengkol) in my country (Indonesia) is very easy to get this fruit, I really like the fruit (jengkol), although this fruit is enough to make our mouth smell after we eat, I really like it, with a distinctive taste, I uakin if you've tried it would be addicted.

We call this fruit Guyabano, but in english this is called Soursop. This is my mom's favorite fruit, she always placed it in our table and this fruit becomes part of our daily routine. We had this tree in our backyard so having this fruit is not problem because we can just pick it in the branches when it is ready to be picked-up.

This fruit is important to me and my family because it is known for being rich in vitamin C and B vitamins thiamin, riboflavin and niacin. It is said that this fruit protects from cancer and reduce side-effects of chemotherapy, thats why my mom always remind us to have some and is always present in our table.

The banana has many benefits for our health, I will name a few: it is rich in vitamins B6 and C, minerals such as magnesium, potassium and folic acid, reduces cholesterol levels,
regulates intestinal problems and even reduces muscle cramps, among many other properties ...
My little daughter loves it especially for lunch as a companion, it can be fried, parboiled and the baked when it is very ripe is delicious, of course you also like ...
