Chinese cuisine is VERY Good, my uncle was a missionary in Taiwan for 11 years and speaks Mandarin very fluently. We used to go to the local Chinese restaurant and he would order in Chinese, and get authentic foods, not the "Americanized" versions :D

Authentic ones are much better than Americanized ones definitely, American ones only have general Tao and when I was in the US, I will judge whether the Chinese restaurant is authentic by if there are more Chinese dining or not.
