The best sandwich i've ever had/吃过最美味的三明治

不要被标题迷惑了，这不是篇美食分享，但确实是这辈子吃到过最美味的三明治。它来自于一个完全不认识，见面不到30秒的纽约小哥：

第一次去波多黎各就遇到了百年一遇的大飓风，整个波多黎各都进入紧急状态。航班被取消，我们被困在酒店，因为飓风很多地方都断电，酒店也只能靠着发动机发电。偌大的一个岛，路上几乎看不到任何行人和车辆。当时心情是崩溃的，一来是因为航班被连续取消了4次，不知道什么时候才能回家。二来我们备的干粮快要吃完，快要饿肚子了。只剩2包泡面，而跑去前台却被告知没有热水，只好回房间继续饿着肚子。

到了晚上能明显感受到飓风眼登岛了，窗户被吹的呼呼作响，窗外马路上全是被吹到了的路灯和指示牌。从来没有亲身经历过大灾难的我在被子里瑟瑟发抖，全然已经忘了饿，只求飓风不要把酒店也吹倒。这时候听到了急促的敲门声，开门是个小哥，手里拿着外卖盒和几瓶水，问我们是不是没有食物。我非常警觉（被害妄想症😂）问你是怎么知道的？小哥说他在前台听到我们没有热水泡面，特意做好了三明治，去前台问到我们的房间给我们送过来。其实当时出房门是非常危险的，所有人都被要求待在室内。接过三明治一下子不知道说什么好，小哥只说了一句stay safe就离开了。

我当时拿着那个外卖盒觉得非常温暖，如果没有这个故事，它大概都算不上一份能咽下去的三明治。但感谢那个从未相识的纽约小哥，它成了我吃过的最美味没有之一的三明治。

Don't be confused with the title. I'm not going to share a fancy sandwich i had. The sandwich was from a guy i've never known before:

I was in Puerto Rico last September when the hurricane maria hit. My flight was cancelled and i was stuck in a hotel with no food but a bag of instant noodle. We were required to stay inside the room because the hurricane was about to land in few hours. I went to the reception to try to get some hot water to make the instant noodles but was told there was none.

I could tell the hurricane was landing when I heard the window shaking. Just when I was scared and starving, someone knocked the door. I opened the door and saw a guy with a takeout box and some water. He told me he made us some sandwiches because he overheard us asking for hot water at the reception and worried that we were out of food.

I was mortified and speechless for a moment. I even forgot to say thank you cauze i didn't expect anyone to do something like this. It was extremely dangerous to be out and he didn't even meet me before. But he risks his safety to send food to me. It would be a plain sandwich nowhere near delicious. But thanks to him, it have become the best sandwich i've ever had. ❤️
