中國神話的手工啤酒🍺每一樽都有屬於中國的故事 A series of craft beer in Hong Kong dedicated for Chinese myths and culture

今天我想跟大家分享一個超級獨特的品嚐手工啤酒體驗！「門神」是一間香港很獨有的手工啤酒工廠，專門弄一些有關於不同神話故事的啤酒。每一瓶都有自己的風格。

I would love to share a very unique beer tasting experience with you all! Today, Moonzen, a renowned local brewery in Hong Kong launched a series of cool craft beer each with a Chinese myth to share. They came over to my lifestyle sea view office for a tasting session.

第一款在最左邊的是雲南的普洱茶調配的啤酒，感覺比較像綠茶，因為是沒有抄過的茶葉

the first one on the left is YunNan province in China, infused with its unique Pu Er tea leaves, it tastes like green tea, since it is not being deep fried before the yeasting process.

第二款是龍皇🐲，是水果裡面的西柚，就是中秋節最常吃的水果，好清新！

The second one is Dragone King, which is the pomelo fruit, we mostly eat it during Mid-Autumn Festival in China. A very refreshing one!

第三款是雷神，是平常我們喝啤酒的那一種味道，但因為加入了大量的啤酒花，所以感覺是比較苦一點。

The third type is Thunder God, this tastes more similar to the beer we usually try out. But because it adds so much hop, it tastes more bitter.

第四款超級特別是因為跟神話孫悟空有關，就是猴子的王🐒！它這個瓶有一點焦糖咖啡的味道～

This is related to the famous Monkey King, which is most renowned in Chinese myth, the king that looks like monkey and give birth by a stone. It is more like caramel coffee taste.

最後一款是跟嫦娥奔月亮的故事相關的，是黑啤酒還有巧克力的味道🍫！

The last one is related to the famous moon goddess related to the Chinese culture. It tastes more like chocolate and it is a black beer type.
