It really takes time to anyone new to understand that platform - at the beginning everyone is like "so cool - let's post something, write something for 5 minutes" and we think that the upvotes will start to pile up - easy money! then we get the shock of not getting more than 0.3$ in votes.

Now - a person could get angry and leave the platform disappointed, or he could start READING AND LEARNING about steem, and I must admit it isn't easy to understand the whole thing - it's complicated.
I decided I will try to understand things, and with the help of the Israel community - Noam included, I managed to get hold of the platform's Idea - get social, make friends that will notice your content, create quality content - and be persistent.
