Honestly I didn't really study the new terms, figuring they were updated to meet the new standards of GDPR, in which case they would probably be less bad than the old terms I'd already signed. It also didn't occur to me that alternative sites like Busy might have different terms.
I never studied the old terms but when I looked into the new terms and saw that they collect phone numbers, and are at liberty to change the privacy policy or ToS at any time they deem fit. It also says they will not sell our data, but later in the privacy statement it says they are allowed to share our data with 'business partners'. It didn't sit well with me.
Busy has no terms of service pop-up at all. i was never prompted to agree with anything there.
