Taking care of ourselves is our responsibility and we must as a matter of fact do the best we can. It is a good thing if we can just create just that tiny bit of time to doing some simple exercises. The body needs some release and we should give it every time we can.

I have taken notice of that sir , infact i have started some things(skipping) on my own already not exercising is a big trouble to our health i went ahead to read much more about your post elsewhere yesterday.
