For men and women, the medication types to take are different.
For men, take aspirin as much as possible because, aspirin is said to reduce the adhesiveness of blood platelets and the propensity of the clotting that will lead to heart attacks.
The saying thus is "an aspirin a day will do the trick. However, before you start this routine, be sure to consult your doctor.
For women, aspirin will not work for you because it works for the men. Women need to get ERT, Estrogen Replacement Therapy. ERT does for women what aspirin does for men and it also delivers an overall protective cover for them.
Issues of the heart are as important as the need to breath. Too many people die daily from heart related diseases because they have not learnt to take good care of their heart. The above routine will help you overcome prevalent heart diseases.
They are little bots of hacks that enables that you live strong and healthy enough to see more prosperous and healthy days.
Remember that, a happy heart equals a healthy heart and a healthy heart equals a happy and fun filled life.

With all these steps comes personal responsibility for our own health. Often times, it's so easy to blame the environment, culture, other people, life...etc for being unhealthy. When we finally choose health as our number one priority, we realize we have control of everything and therefore the outcome. Thanks for sharing.
Sometimes we work too hard forgetting that we are only humans and needs to recharge, most people thinks only a balance diet is living healthy, but we mainly forget that sleeping is the best way of recharging and refilling our health and energy.
I try to find time in between my very busy schedule to doze even if for 5 minutes. You have no idea how much more refreshed you will be after taking a nap.

1 in every 4 deaths in The US is caused by heart disease, totaling the death toll to about 610,000 people each year.
Sometimes, we stress ourselves so much that all o that stress tell on us as we grow old to a certain age range. The heart is ours, afterall, and it would do us a world of good if we took conscious and tentative steps to keep it beating.
Timely and Apt, sir.
The statistics is stunning, scary and alarming but it is true. I once witnessed a healthy looking man slump and die in the most funny way; I initially thought it was a simple faint, but he died. We must all take time to ensure we keep the heart healthy and strong.

While it would prove difficult to successfully accomplish the listed points, given the times we live in, everyone on a fast lane -- its still very expedient for one to give proper attention to our health, irrespective of the times
