La playa en estos dias libres
Para los venezolanos, dias libres es sinónimo de playa, sin importar la localidad donde habitamos. O capaz sería más correcto decir que es agua, ya que los que están muy distantes del agua salada acuden a los rios y embalses más cercanos.
Para complementar el viaje, las cervezas u otros licores acompañan a los viajeros, junto con platos listos o para preparar en sitio.
En oriente es famoso el cuajado o pastel, preparado con huevo batido en punto de nieve, papas u otro tubérculo, pescado/morrocoy, pasas y aliños en general.
