Your definition of the three culinary terms (Marinate, Browning and Infusion) are simple enough to understand and I like how you explained these terms with a display of pictures. Spices plays an important role in cooking which means that we can’t complete cooking process without combining two or more spices together to produce a perfect flavor in our delicacy.
