Overall I'm happy with the workout. I ended up moving 69875 lbs in total volume during the workout. I can now call 175 lbs a mission accomplished on the deadlift. So I'm now 85 lbs away from my goal of 260 lbs for 15 reps by May of next year. Also, I was very impressed with my 22 reps at 95 lbs because last time I did 95 lbs for reps I got a back ache. I didn't do the calf raises because the calf raise machine at my gym was broken.
