Finally Merge a PR that I made 6 years ago

Happy to see good things are happening.

I made a PR at 6/Feb/2018: https://github.com/steemit/steem-js/pull/340

And it was approved by @ety001 however, closed due to merge conflicts.

Then I made a patch by fixing the conflicts and adding some more tests:
