I like juice - really I like carrot juice with a bit of honey and also beet juice - they're awesome. But it only makes sense that if you take out the fiber that you are concentrating the sugar (among other things).

But... All in all - my personal opinion is that everything is good with moderation and variety.

True, but again fruits and vegetables have vitamins, minerals, antioxidants enzymes and less sugar in them vs processed.

There's an ongoing debate on artificial vs natural sugar. Likely from a scientific standpoint that debate will keep going on for a while since people will have stuff to support that sugar, HFCS, and such isn't much different from fructose in fruit. I just know logically and anecdotally I've never seen people gain as much weight off of a diet of fruits/veggies as a diet of refined sugar. And honey bees live longer, healthier lives on honey vs table sugar.

Though I agree on all things in moderation. Your body needs a wide variety of nutrition from fruit and vegetables.
