Cloud mining contracts have always slightly frightened me. I don't understand the idea of a company renting out server farms for less than they could mine and sell the currency themselves. I guess maybe it's a method to hedge themselves against volatility in hashrates maybe? Have you considered the impact of drastically changes I. Hashrates or the price of the coins you mine? Are there ways to hedge against such volatility?
Idea with the mining is that company buy more cheap hash power and give it to you in rent and take some profits it's like a middle man :)

Even at this discounted price i think it is profitable to go for cloud mining. At current mining difficulty i think it is better to buy and hodl.

Because of the increasing difficulty of mining, the time period for getting ROI increases severely. Sometime it could even increase so much that you will not even break even. This is why it better to either buy Asic or just purchase the bitcoins and Hodl until the price increases. Then you can buy the hashflare contract. since now you are buying double the amount of hash power compared to what you would buy initially with direct investment.
