Cloud mining contracts have always slightly frightened me. I don't understand the idea of a company renting out server farms for less than they could mine and sell the currency themselves. I guess maybe it's a method to hedge themselves against volatility in hashrates maybe? Have you considered the impact of drastically changes I. Hashrates or the price of the coins you mine? Are there ways to hedge against such volatility?
Idea with the mining is that company buy more cheap hash power and give it to you in rent and take some profits it's like a middle man :)
I see. But, do you have to pay upfront or do they just take some out as you go based on what you agreed upon in the contract?
