I have been following you since you started talking about VTC and I have watched all of your videos since. This is my first time I post though so ... Nice to meet you!
I got involved in the market in April. It was just when graduated from uni with a Computer Science degree. (I am 24 now) I cut 200 pounds from my salary and bought some DOGE. I remember thinking
"Wow ... it is so cheap if it reaches BTC's price it I will be rich".
And that's ridiculous. I did not look at circulating supply, market cap, total supply. Did not even consider looking at the project or the team behind it. When I look back now I realize this whole Crypto experience has been so educational. I know much more about investment, economy and the Block Chain technology.
In terms of the market right now I see a lot of very cheap coins that cost less than a dollar or a cent pump in value. This means there are a lot of noobs in the market. A lot of people with the same mindset I had when I started.
No one cares about the basic math behind the economy of each crypto. It is all about hype. And even less people care about the tech. Wich as a tech guy annoyes the sh*t out of me.
So cashed out a portion of my portfolio wich will allow me to reinvest in real estate and I have investments in tokens that have a good team, good project, some of them already making revenue and have enough cash in the bank to survive a market crash. Some had ICO's when eth was 200$ and BTC 2000$. Even if we have a crash Eth and BTC won't go so lower than that.
So I am pretty confident in HODLing this tokens
(I can tell you wich ones if you are interested.)
And now I almost what the market to crush because I don't want to see all this stupidity.
"Top 5 coins under a dollar"
"10 Cryptos that will make you rich"
"But this 3 coins for 100x"
Bullshit !
A lot of people have made their own choice in coins and holding to it. Very good to have such deep conviction.
And most of them say their choice is the best to become rich.
What I see after a while, they all change their mind and they come up with different coins, saying these are even better, and so on....
So I wonder how long are you gone say, that those coins are the best, before you change into other coins, lol??
Seems you are saying, everybody is stupid and only you have never been stupid??
Were you a genius when you were born??
I said that when I entered the crypto world I thought that DOGE could get to BTC's price.
I did not say people are stupid just uneducated, naeve and greedy. And the point of my post is to point out that my Crypto experience has been very educational.
As far as my investments - I am very confident.
In some cases I know the team personally and I have worked with them.
And I know thinks that are not writen in the whitepaper.
I understand the tech and I am not lazy to make my own research.
After all only time will show.
Well that sounds already different. Since you've done the effort, and you've gone through the learning curve, that is to be appreciated. On the other hand watch and see modestly how others struggling learning the hard way...
