I am really sorry to hear this. I don't want to impose words of wisdom you either. I would like to share a few information only in the hope of your welfare only.
Please try to find more information on a few topics below. It worked for me and many others.
- Find a local music therapy clinic
- Yoga Mudra.(It's very easy hand gesture and anybody can practice anywhere.)
- Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique for relaxation. Find out more about it, it's easy since you need to only lie down and follow a guided instruction.
- Pranayama.The most powerful technique. You need a teacher for this.
