This thing isn't that he's wrong, which he is. Americans have always been allowed to own cannons, even to this day. The thing is that Biden is the president of the fucking country.

At some point, somebody has to have whispered in his ear that he's making a factually incorrect statement.

So, he's either too senile to retain the information; or, he's willfully lying.
