Mi piace aggiungere che abhyasa, ossia la pratica costante, non dovrebbe mai essere lasciata da sola: il suo compagno perfetto è vayragia, ossia il distacco; praticare senza attaccamento al risultato, senza un scopo materiale ma con un atteggiamento di seva, di servizio disinteressato.
