I myself use Paint Tool SAI for the most part, because I love how easily I can blend colors together for beautiful results there, but as mentioned by someone else already Clip Studio Paint is also pretty nifty, if you think about buying that, know that they have sales going on quite regularly, where you can buy their software for a fraction of its original price! One last thing I can recommend checking out is Leonardo, which can be bought for 39$ after the trial period.
