[Cruelty-free Tuesdays] Falafel overload..
Third week into this Tuesdays thing and got big success today. I've persuaded my colleague to do it with me. He's having lentils, falafel and hummus and since it was the the last lentils in the whole shop, I'm left with way too much falafel. Still like it tho.
The coolest thing is that other 2 guys were curious and actually tried how those falafel and lentils taste. I guess it's just a matter of time till they join.
Will I get the whole office to join till summer?
Oh man falafel can be anything with the veggies and variety of spices that can go into them. Having a vegetarian in my family has really opened my eyes to taste and actually really enjoy the cruelty free recipes.

Im actually also surprised how delicious those foods are.. I love the oriental spiced lentils but he got the last package for himself :D
