People actually think humans are herbivores?
Primates that are herbivores by way of bacteria in the large intestine convert fiber into saturated fat. Which makes their diet a high fat diet. Humans are not designed to do that leaving fiber totally undigested. Our saturated fat and cholesterol which should be high in order to support our massive brain function needs to come from animal fats. What the hell is wrong with vegans constantly saying that meat rots inside the colon? Meat pretty much dissolves entirely in the stomach by way of hydrochloric acid and is used by the body before it even hits the large intestine our naturally produced enzymes in the body aid in perfect digestion and absorption of the vitamins and minerals from animal fats and protein. It is plants that rot inside the colon. Fiber is not digestible in the human body. Where are vegans getting their information from? Their propaganda is absolute garbage!
