Absolutely, that's why VW is full on it. Germans, in particular, are really concerned (aware) of all that car accidents pull together with it. Health, the cost of medical care, car damage, road, and signs damage and repairs, police involvement, car towing, courts, insurance cost... are all that is part in one accident, and with this implementation, all that will be avoided (I hope so)
