My Actifit Report Card: September 23 2019

Today was training day in the morning. It has been quite hard because it has been long and also came with the loaded legs of yesterday's massage, but I have taken it with philosophy. The Wod is the one you can see in the picture.

Then in the afternoon we took advantage and went for a walk in the tower, I leave these photos we have taken, I think they are beautiful because the view is privileged.
