Seven77 Triathlon Challenge
Challenge
Challenge
@SEVEN77
The Challenge is a Triathlon. Cycle 7km, Run 7km and then Swim for 7 min. All of it as fast as you can. 2-3 times a week from today on. If you start now, you might still take less time to do it when you reach age of 80. 😏 As I am sitting here writing this and thinking to myself that the steem price might go to USD 7.77 this year, but I want it to reach USD 777 someday. What about you? Not because of monetary reasons, but because I began to value this community a lot more than if one steem would have been worth USD 7777 today. More over it also might uplift people from trading their time for money. No rewards can account for the camaraderie we have here! Today I will post my first Actifit report here using a fitbit I ordered. It literally came in today. I synced it to my iphone. The counter on my iphone wasn’t so good while testing it last week cycling 37KM counting only 7240. I hesitated for a while to send my first report here. Today I will! Writing this during a break.
Today I would like to start officially start a @Seven77 challenge for all Steemians. Inspired by @nathanmars, specially by @jenina619, who is such an awesome crypto sorceress. Our guide @bewithbreath at the SGM (Steem Group Meditation) has really inspired me and this idea came to me after meditating with this beautiful group of Steemians. I would like to share this energy of enthusiasm to how amazing and transcendental mediation can be to anyone. Specially in a Group on the coolest Social Media(Way Beyond that) on the Blockchain.
Since I am 12 years old I never missed a day of doing a regular training and had consistent discipline for 24 years. It involved 45 min of anaerobic cardiovascular exercise, Basketball, Wing Chun Gong Fu and Jeet Kune Do as well as PFS. I also tried a full marathon before. For my 45min mainly I used a skipping rope, a pull up bar and the forest. I never liked going to enclosed gyms.
In June 2018 something happened. I felt a problem in my right arm and decided to take a break for a week. It didn’t recover. After a month it got worse. I decided to find the source of the what caused it. I thought it was Psychosomatic because of the break up with my ex. On the 31st of December 2018 I decided to try isometric exercises. The next morning I had a complete paralysis in my right arm originating from the shoulder. The paralysis was specially concentrated on my infraspinatus and my supraspinatus muscles and particularly felt in the head of the humerous
It’s been a year now (June 2018) and I wasn’t myself because my regular exercise was missing. I would like to inspire everyone to cycle, run and swim with me. If you want to delegate Steem to this cause, you are welcome. I would like us to be at least 10 people regularly posting their Actifit report cards. That way we can ask people who are inspired by this to delegate and distribute rewards completely transparent.
This isn’t about how fast you do it. It’s for you, your personal challenge and for your enjoyment. Kindly Tag me with a mention @yangyanje. Before I post, I always try to check for similar posts to make sure my ideas are unique. I found some users that might be interested in participating in this challenge. If you do feels addresses by this, just mention me in your next post so I can add your results in a Weekly Report titled:
S e v e n 7 7 T r i a t h l o n .
I found potential users that are already doing triathlons: @booster916, @amico, @saydo
I am hoping you guys want to kickstart this campaign with me?

What an energy? My leg doesn’t allow me to run now - but kudos to all who joins. Happy to delegate 😊.
Hope your hands OK now - didn’t know😕
Its just tripple seven. If i am in india i will use a skipping rope for 7 minutes instead of going to a chlorinated pools.

I want a skipping rope myself. Inspired by a recent #naturalmedicine post, I have been thinking of ordering a big pilates ball too. Just wish it was easier to get things delivered here in Portugal :>)
P.S. I really dislike chlorine swimming pools. Traumas from the post. It doesn't help to be born with lung issues, am working on healing by changing that believe :>)
@bewithbreath thank you for your constant support. 😊 after the akashic records and the buddha in the artist i still have to continue my story about two more encounters. For some reason i am still here and would like to share the medical miracle of self healing and how it has little to do with superstition or esoteric ideas. What our species is now discovering in the quantum realm is truly transcendental. My rotary muscles are still affected but I feel like SGM has been most healing. Sending you the power of happiness and gratitude teacher 🙏🏾amitabha

Pleasure is mine my friend. I prefer term “guide” instead of “teacher” - teacher is overwhelming and sometimes intimidating 😃😃😃. Guide seems more like a friendly respectful companion 😊
Guides are awesome, sensei! Can't help calling you sensei. I just love that word, makes me think of Splinter in The Turtles.
P.S. Back in my years as a teacher ( I have taught groups of all ages, merely about film and filmmaking ), I always felt I wasn't a teacher but I love and still love to inspire and guide people, preferably small groups or one on one :>)
😃😃😃You are sensei 🤔 me 🤗guide 😜
whatever you say, sensei ;>)
That makes you both my sensei’s 😂 . ‘I am grateful for this experience. I am sending the gratitude of the universe to both of you that is like a mirror when you look inside’ one love my amazing meditators! @bewithbreath you are an amazing pilot!

and I reflect that gratitude right back to you my friend :>)
I hear you. So humble. The experience of these meditations are teaching me a lot.

Inspiring! I missed part of your 'paralysis' story in the meditation talk ( due to audio issues ) and am only reading the full account now. I am really glad that you are doing better. Scary stuff. It's also amazing to hear that Steemit and our group meditation sessions might be part of the healing process.
Um abraco,
Vincent
P.S. I should probably work on my fitness too. I have been spending way too much time indoor lately, as there's so much to arrange inside the house :>)
