My Actifit Report Card: August 30 2019
오늘 근로계약서를 작성했다. 이제 연말까지 근무하면 퇴직금이 발생한다. 내년에 용역회사가 바뀌면 처음부터 다시 근무연수를 계산한다. 그럴 가능성도 없지는 않다. 직접고용이 아닌 파견직이라는 업무형태 때문에 근로자는 불리하다. 내년부터는 일년씩 근로계약을 한다고 하니 그나마 다행이다.
