My Actifit Report Card: September 10 2019
Konecne zas Actifit. V poslednich dnech se mi ani s behem nedarilo udelat 10 tis. kroku. Tak jsem jich vcera udelala rovnou 15 :)
Do odpoledne to byla klasika po kanclu a budove v praci, potom prisernej beh, u kteryho jsem se dost trapila. Byly to sice jen 4 km, ale byly pekelne dlouhy! :)
Pak par kroku u luxovani a na zaver Kruhovej trenink s zenskejma v telocvicne :)
No byl to pekne nadupanej den... :)
