U made me to concentrate much about my health
How ever I use to go for jogging regularly but I don't think how long I did, #actifit# made me to put daily target, I know Walking is a great way to improve or maintain overall health.Physical activity does not have to be vigorous or done for long periods in order to improve health.

I have small doughts regarding actifit usage I hope it need to be some more user friendly
