My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2019
I went on a walk last night. Home went to bed got very bad sleep oh, I've been trying many different things I found out that I was deficient in B12, I've also been trying various spices to either reduce inflammation or get my testosterone raised just basically trying to be healthier and I'm not sure if maybe that contributes to some of my insomnia recently or what. When I woke up, I lifted weights got some food and headed down to Charleston and I went to the coffee shop that I go to I also while there studied the different chemicals that spring upon happiness so, dopamine, endorphin, oxytocin, and another hormone chemical neurotransmitters I can't think of right now. When I left there I went to go draw with go figure drawing group that I used to go to. From there I came home and I've gone on a 4-mile run.
