My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2019
Good evening actifitters, what a lovely day we had again. It was really sunny and no cold wind anymore.
I needed to see the dentist for my regular check-up and with such nice weather, I decided to walk there instead of taking the car.
It’s a 35 minutes’ walk from the office so that gave me an activity count of 8,000 already. The rest of the day was just walking around in the office as I didn't go for my daily run today.
Nice to have gone walking to your dentist appointment. That’s an awesome steeping count. Have a great day. 👍😀
