今日はいつもより沢山歩きました。
1人だとここまで歩くことが出来ないですが、誰かと一緒だと話しながら行けるので楽ですね〜
疲れはしましたが、新しい発見もあり刺激的な1日でした。
足がパンパンになってるので、少しマッサージしてから寝ないといけませんね…
来週は京都を散策予定なので、来週も良い感じに運動が出来そうです
