My Actifit Report Card: September 15 2019
Just had a work day this morning. I clocked out around 2pm and had planned on going out for a bit. As soon as I got home to change I felt sick to my stomach a bit. I went ahead and got on my bed to rest for a bit and took a nap for about an hour. Felt somewhat better but didn't feel like going out still.
My plan for tomorrow, if I'm feeling well enough, is to start that training plan for the week. It calls for running every day which I know I'm not cut out for yet, but tomorrow is supposed to start off as an easy 30 min run. I'll be sure to post the plan I'm using as I go through it if anyone is interested in seeing what I'm planning on doing.
