Giornata lavorativa molto intensa e poco movimentata dal punto di vista fisico. Fortunatamente siamo riusciti a fare una passeggiata serale per colmare il gap del poco movimento diurno.

Very intense and physically inactive day. Fortunately we were able to take an evening walk to fill the gap in the little daytime movement.
