My Actifit Report Card: March 10 2019
Had a great day today, a lazy relaxing morning followed by a long walk with my dog and then organising and getting ready for the week. I also watched the Wim Hoff interview with Russel Brand which was brilliant. Wim is so informative about the science behind his technique and I’m definitely going to give it a go, as well as cold showers!

Hopefully but all the money is against him
This feels like a new era. Communication is easy now and hard to stop. His ideas are already out there and I think he can succeed in his mission

He can succeed but for the less open minded they will call it BS because the NHS doesnt suggest it
The NHS do use some alternative treatments and as it is underfunded, I think more will be used in the future. I found Wim Hof after having a bad cold and looking for ways to prevent them. The cold showers and breathing techniques have helped. I don't get many colds now and they aren't as severe.
