My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2019
Did a load of steps today, I think this is my highest score yet. This was however my rest day from gym or football but I managed to get a lot of steps in from walking to and from college and then from McDonald’s to the cinema where I watched a movie.
The movie was Alita: Battle Angel, I found it pretty enjoyable, was fun and action packed as well as a decent story. Although I felt it got caught between a darker more ruthless version and a childish happier version. It was still a very good watch however.
I’d like to know your favourite movies or TV shows over the last month.

Good step count. Ive been doing more on my exercise bike. That was a great buy, I like cycling while watching the TV.

That is a good way, do you keep it at a constant pace then?
I vary the pace a lot. I'm used to cycling on the road, so one pace feels wrong
