السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى وبركاته احبتي في الله ، عدت من جديد بعد ان غبت لثلاثة ايام لظروف خاصة لم اتمكن من النشر للاسف لكن اليوم كان لدي وقت في المساء استغليته للركض ، لم اصل الى 10 الاف خطوة لكن حققت الحد الادنى لاني كنت مرهق .شكرا على الدعم المتواصل والى منشور اخر بحول الله .
