Haha he is lovely isn't he? I will be keeping it up, I am skipping every day and upping the time as I build up resistance. Currently I can skip non stop for 5 minutes! What does your exercise routine consist of?

Wow that’s awesome well done 😀 skipping is so hard at first, 5mins is great! I love skipping but haven’t in a while:)
It currently consists of small circuit style workouts with light weights and lots of push ups! Also cycling and running when I can :) I really want to up mine and keep pushing harder! :)
