I have had a great active day - another productive stint in the garden with my fluffy baby, housework, rope skipping and general exercise circuits. I’m getting stronger by the day and loving it!

Wondering when Actifit will add gardening as an activity type...

Haha he is lovely isn't he? I will be keeping it up, I am skipping every day and upping the time as I build up resistance. Currently I can skip non stop for 5 minutes! What does your exercise routine consist of?

Wow that’s awesome well done 😀 skipping is so hard at first, 5mins is great! I love skipping but haven’t in a while:)
It currently consists of small circuit style workouts with light weights and lots of push ups! Also cycling and running when I can :) I really want to up mine and keep pushing harder! :)
