It has been a Good Day so far.....

After some couple of low days, today I feel a little better in my mind. I was trying to hold myself up and I can say that I did a fairly good job. Last evening I did some self healing as well which made a big difference. That's why I always stress out to people on learning some self healing techniques as they really work wonders on our emotional and mental health and then rest is all connected to that.

Today I had an early morning starts with my Yoga and Meditation to kick start the day with and then there were some office celebrations for which arrangements had to be made. November to Feb is the Birthday season, back to back there are birthdays and other occasions to celebrate. No matter whatever you are feeling in your life at this point of time but the vibes around does play a magic on you for sure.

Morning I went to the Florist as I wanted to get a Bouquet for our office colleague whose wife delivered a baby boy and then to pick up a cake for 2 birthday celebrations in office. At the Florist shop I was watching the guy make the bouquet, he was doing it so finely and skillfully. I was totally on awe with the way he was making the whole thing. I wanted blue color flowers since it's a baby boy, but there were no blue flowers so he suggested that I could spray up the flowers with blue color and that would do the magic. I was very happy with the results.

I love flowers, the way he was so passionately doing it, for a moment I also felt that I could make this as my profession...hehehe....but then I had to come down to ground level again :-) With the flowers I also got 2 blue color balloons added up.

How does this blue color spray effect look? I find it very attractive. Some time back I had seen black color roses and I was wondering who would want black color roses. Though they were looking very attractive.

And then the cake for the birthday guys. Everytime we order a different flavor cake for any birthdays in office. This time it is a Pistachio cake. Though I am not a fan of this flavor but it is for someone else so had to be mindful about their likes and dislikes, and anyways I am off sweets so did not matter to me.

The days when I feel low, the best I do is confront it, which I always say that accept your dark side as well. We all have our highs and lows and it is ok, but mindfully we also need to keep making effort to get out of that frequency and rise up. If we do that we will beat up fear and anxiety, it will never be able to grip us. It is also good to share what we feel. Which I have been doing, it makes the load on the heart lighter. Most of the times I am not comfortable of sharing it with people who are very close to me and that's where my writing comes of great help to me. By writing out my emotions and feelings I do release a lot and that makes me feel better.

Today has been a good day with good vibes around. Evening I plan to go for a nice long walk to a park near my home and then again do some self healing to maintain the energy level, else it would be easy for me to slip down again.

With this I also want to Thank all my dear friends here on the platform who read my content and give me motivation and support. I feel comfortable because I do not have the hesitancy of being judged by anyone.
