Mongolian Beef
Ingredients:
-1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
-1/4 cup dark brown sugar
-1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-2 green onions, sliced
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour mixture over steak and stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions.
中國蒙古牛肉
材料:
-1磅牛肉片
-2湯匙植物油
-1/4杯低鈉醬油
-1/4杯黑糖
-1/4茶匙生薑粉
-2瓣蒜,切碎
-1/4茶匙紅椒粉
-2根青蔥,切片
做法:
