Stir-Fried Tilapia
Ingredients:
- 2 tilapia fillets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions:
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the tilapia fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until lightly browned and cooked through.
Add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil to the pan. Stir to combine.
Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the tilapia.
Serve immediately.

- 2片带鱼鱼片
- 2汤匙蔬菜油
